We are currently looking for a motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our staff. Most of our plumbers have been with us since trade school, creating a strong team. The right candidate will be skilled, honest and reliable. We are looking for an applicant who is able to work effectively across a variety of jobs from repairs and renovations to new construction for both residential and commercial customers. Experience in installation of both steam and hot water heating systems is preferred.

We are currently looking for a motivated Journeyman Plumber experienced in installing plumbing and heating systems. If you work for Kirkland and Shaw, you will be an integral part of a quality organization that treats both customers and employees with respect and fairness. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain gas, steam and hot water heating systems.
• Install and maintain boilers.
• Diagnose problems, identify solutions and specify replacement parts.
• Respond to customers’ needs in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Perform rough plumbing for additions and renovations.
• One week of after-hours “on call” responsibility every 6-8 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License
• Driver’s license and insurable driving record
